The images in the "GALILEOS Viewer" program for Windows are most likely in a common file format such as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, etc. Additional information about the specific file format would be required to provide a more accurate answer.
Does GALILEOS Viewer work on OS X, too? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, it seems that Sirona only makes Windows software, which means that there is no version of GALILEOS Viewer that's compatible with Macs. However, you may still be able to use the program on an Apple computer, but you need to set up a Windows emulator such as Boot Camp or WineBottler first, then install and run the application through that emulator.
Every time I try to install Galileos 1.9 on my Windows 10 I get an error saying "A critical error occurred in the application. error type: system exception" and a description saying current user failed: cannot get user settings: syntax error(missing operator) in query expression. What should I do to get Galileos installed?

I don't know where and how you got the 1.9 version, but the only one that I've found is GALILEOS Viewer version 1.8. I've initialized the installation process and it worked out of the box without issues or other errors.
Re-download the 1.8 version and then right click the setup.exe file and choose Run as Administrator because that's what I did on Windows 10 and it worked without issues.
I cannot run Galilleos with the patient scan in Windows 7. I always get the error "cannot load data". Can you help?

You might have an older version of the software because I've downloaded the latest one and it works just fine. The version I have was downloaded from the official website and I am currently installing it in Windows 10 x64 operating system.

This error message typically indicates a problem with memory allocation in the GALILEOS Viewer program for Windows. It suggests that the program is unable to allocate enough memory to load the data for any project. This could be due to various factors such as insufficient system resources or a software bug. To resolve this issue, you could try closing any unnecessary programs running in the background, restarting your computer, or reinstalling the GALILEOS Viewer software. If the problem persists, it may be worth contacting the software's support team for further assistance.
Hello, I am a software engineer, I copy the file with extension '.gwg' and those folder from the CD to the patient's folder, but I cannot open it with Galileo View software. I have to run the Galileo View software and open the relevant slices with it. yours sincerely
